LARD (leaf lard)

​Fat obtained from the fat around the kidneys of a pig  (flare fat), with good sanitary conditions at the time of slaughter, and suitable for human consumption, according to the Royal Decree No. 1011 / 1981.

We adapt to the needs of our customers  according to the technical specifications of each manufacturer. Occurs in cardboard boxes, each block of lard has a weight of 15 or 10 Kg and is protected with plastic bag. We also serve cubes of plastic, whose weight is 17 Kg and trays of 250 g.

 

This is a very versatile lard, Homogeneous product in aroma, flavor and consistency.

It is ideal for manufacturing both traditional and industrial confectionery; for  pre-cooked meals; frozen foods; cured products and roasts.

 

Leaf lard Cracklings

Melts the fat of pork in the steam boiler to remove the cracklings and lard separately.

Presented in different formats (cardboard boxes of 5, 10 or 15 kg. or breads) according to customers demand, submit by a mincer and are packaged in boxes, protected with plastic bag.

SWEETENED LARD (leaf lard)

Fat obtained from fatty tissues which comes from the fat around the kidneys of a pig in good health at the time of slaughter, and conditions suitable for human consumption, by adding the percentage of sugar requested by the client,  according to Royal Decree No. 1011/1981.

Is presented in cardboard boxes, each block of lard is protected with plastic, net weight bag: 15  or 10 Kg.

 

 

REFINED LARD

Refined lard has been processed to remove the natural flavour and smell,  is made from selected raw materials subjected to the process of casting and refining.
Odorless, and completely no acid it makes the mass of gluten crumbly, it increases the volume of the dough slowing the loss of moisture and it imparts flavor and aroma to baked goods.
Suitable for bakery, confectionery and bakery products.
Especially suitable for the production of typical breads, pizzas, pastries and very dry and crisp fry. Available in 10, 15 or 20 kg blocks.

IBERICO LARD 

Lard obtained from the fat around the kidneys of an Iberian pigs (pata negra),  which are used in the production of Serranno ham, with good sanitary conditions at the time of slaughter.

Is presented in cardboard boxes, each block of lard is protected with plastic, net weight bag: 15  or 10 Kg.  We also serve cubes of plastic, whose weight is 17 Kg and trays os 240 g. Is perfect for baking, roasting and frying.
